My typical prices assume straightforward access and sound existing surfaces. I quote repairs, replacement parts and unusual access separately.

Commercial travel: £60 per hour

I calculate commercial travel using the estimated return driving time in normal traffic between East Kilbride town centre and your site. I charge proportionally and confirm the travel cost before booking. I apply this charge once per visit, regardless of how many jobs I complete. Fuel is included; I agree any parking or toll costs separately.

For example, I charge £30 for 30 minutes of total travel, or £60 for 30 minutes each way.

I base my prices on the information supplied, straightforward access and sound existing surfaces.
I quote repairs, replacement parts, guard materials and unusual access separately unless a service explicitly includes them.
I confirm plastering prices after reviewing wall dimensions, condition and photos. I quote girder and gutter work as whole jobs after reviewing photos, measurements and access.
I quote surrounding masonry and render repairs separately from girder boxing and plaster finishing.
Unexpected hidden faults or damaged components are discussed before extra work is carried out.
TV mounting assumes a suitable wall and compatible TV bracket.
Light prices cover straightforward refitting or like-for-like replacement where the existing wiring is in suitable condition.
Furniture assembly assumes all parts, instructions and manufacturer fixings are present.
Standard small fixings are included unless otherwise stated.
Waste removal is only included when explicitly stated.
Very small standalone jobs may be better value when grouped into one visit.
